Vitamin D3 + K2

Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) paired with vitamin K2 (menaquinone-7) — two fat-soluble vitamins that work synergistically to regulate calcium metabolism, bone health, and immune function.

Vitamin D3 increases intestinal calcium absorption and is essential for maintaining adequate serum calcium and phosphate levels for bone mineralization. But without K2, the calcium D3 mobilizes can deposit in soft tissues — arteries, kidneys, joints — rather than bone. K2 activates osteocalcin (which deposits calcium into bone) and matrix GLA protein (which prevents arterial calcification). They are designed to work together.
