Refund Policy

Damaged, Defective, or Mis-shipped Products — Full Refund
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will issue a full refund (including original shipping) OR ship a replacement at no additional cost. You do not need to return the original product unless we specifically request it.
Lost-In-Transit Shipments
If your tracking shows the package was lost in transit (not delivered) within 30 days of estimated delivery date, contact us and we will replace the order at no additional cost.
Buyer's-Remorse Returns — Generally Not Accepted
We fulfill orders via our drop-ship partner directly from their facility — we don't operate a warehouse that can intake and re-sell returned product. Because of that, we do not accept buyer's-remorse returns of opened or unopened supplement product. Health and safety regulations also restrict resale of opened dietary supplements regardless of condition.
If you tried a product and it wasn't right for you, email support@scythene.com and tell us what happened. We will work with you in good faith on a case-by-case basis — that may include a partial credit, a substitution on your next order, or in clear quality-issue cases a full refund. We'd rather make it right than leave you holding something that doesn't work.
Address Errors at Checkout
If a package is returned to sender or undeliverable because of an address error you entered at checkout, the refund will be for the product price only (less original shipping). We cannot re-ship at our cost in this case; you can choose between a partial refund or a re-shipment at standard shipping cost.
How to Initiate a Claim
Email support@scythene.com with:
- Your order number (starts with SCY-)
- Photos if the product is damaged, defective, or mis-shipped
- A brief description of the issue
We aim to respond within 1 business day and resolve within 5 business days.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method via Stripe within 1–2 business days of approval. Your bank may take an additional 5–10 business days to surface the refund on your statement.
Subscription Cancellations
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your account page at scythene.com/account. Cancellations stop future billing immediately. Already-shipped subscription orders cannot be refunded unless they meet the damage / defect / mis-ship criteria above.
