Framing honestly: the caffeine here is 175mg — about the equivalent of a strong coffee, not a high-stim bomb. Beta-alanine at 750mg is below the 3.2g clinical-fatigue-buffer dose; you'll get a partial tingle, not the full carnosine-loading effect of a standalone beta-alanine product. The creatine + arginine combo at this dose contributes a modest blood-flow and muscle-energy assist.
